Ive been going to them for about 3 and a half yrs. He has helped my neck pain. I was mostly pain free in my neck n arm for about a yr. Need the shot again soon. The whole staff has been nothing but helpful n nice. Thank u all.

I have been seeing the professionals at Precision for over about 2 years now and, as a rarity in pain management, they truly care about their patients. Our house was also shut down with Covid twice and they handled the telehealth appointments amazingly. As a multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and trigeminal neuralgia patient who has also had a major neck and back dissection and fusion that didn’t relieve a lot of the problem and pain, bilateral carpal tunnel surgeries, as well as 4 more herniated disks that I don’t want to risk surgery with as of yet, they have treated me as a former therapist and educator dealing with immense pain, not someone who is asking for or seeking medication. They are always willing to take time with you, answer any questions you may have, as well as make referrals. They are a truly an incredible office, so much so that even after moving an hour and a half away, we still make the trip so I may continue under their care.

I’ve been seeing Dr hilgenhurst now at Precision Pain Care mostly Pamela one awesome lady very caring understanding loving concern and that goes for all of his staff and other ladies that see patient they’re all great and / Myrlande . I seen her for my first time today and it was like I had been seeing her for years super great lady and Tanya at the Murfreesboro office she is super and a great person her office staff and the girls in Smyrna are extremely caringl people can’t ask for any better Dr hilgenhurst is great when he is doing the procedures sedating people myself in the Rock Springs procedure office and they Southern Hills office is a great place and all the staff is excellent and very caring and understanding his staff the helpers that have been seeing patients as well I trust them when it comes to telling me what I need to be doing and what needs to be done if I could give everyone of them Dr Hilgenhurst / Pamila / Myrlande / and Tanya 10 plus stars I would do so the buildings that they bought I I’ve been seeing Amy that was there but I know 11 years or 12 somewhere right in there and I’ve been seeing Dr. Hilgenhurst for 2 1/2 years now and I he has taken very good care of myself and my wife there just excellent people that’s all I can say.You can’t ask for no better people I know this first hand . keep up the great Medical and pain management for people guys you’re the best. Great staff, very friendly. Dr. H has been amazing in hearing my needs. Also met Pam at my last appointment and she was just as informative and supportive.

I’ve been in pain management for many years, and I have been to many different clinics. This is honestly the first one that I’ve ever found that treats me like a person and not like “just another drug seeker.” I’m a retired RN and First Responder and I’ve destroyed my back lifting patients for over 30 years so I live in constant severe pain. Dr. Hilgenhurst is a very kind, caring and professional physician who treats me like a person, and that’s rare in pain management. I am truly blessed and grateful to have finally found a place to go for treatment!

Always nice competent staff, wait times aren’t bad at all and Pamela takes great care of me! They allow me to live a more normal life and I’m blessed to have Precision Pain Care in my life!
