If you’ve ever experienced back pain, you know how painful and debilitating it can be. Well I recently had my back seize up and I could barely even stand. I almost had to crawl over to inTune Chiropractic in the hopes that they could help me find even a little relief. I literally broke down in tears 😢 from the pain while they were working their magic. I feared the bulging disc causing the pain was going to put me on the shelf for weeks… Having worked with them over the past year, I completely trust them and I was going to do whatever they said in hopes it would relieve the pain. Over the next three days I returned for multiple Piezowave treatments, Theragun massages, adjustments and KT taping (ohhh Kelly Clarkson!). I went from not being able to stand up on my own on Day 1 and enduring horrible pain to being able to freely walk into their office on Day 4! They really take the time to get to know you and talk you through the diagnosis and the plan of action. They are so compassionate and straightforward so you feel confident in trusting their care! As the Owner of F45 Training Mt Juliet, my physical health is my livelihood, so having a team like Dr. Al and Dr. Chanel that I can trust to keep me moving is priceless! Taking 4-5 classes a week has strengthened my body to be able to recover from an injury like this more quickly and I’m eternally grateful for the treatment and guidance of the dynamic duo of Dr. Al and Dr. Chanel for fixing me! 🙏 Whether you need preventative maintenance or fixing after injury, don’t hesitate to go see them!
